This article shows the top 25 lol companies and their profits for the past 2 years. We had an increase of a billion in profits and almost double the income of our nearest competitor. That being said, this could not be done without the front line employees that actually do the work that brings in these kind of profits. FedEx is the top earner in the industry. Why can't the drivers, office staff, and dock workers also be the top earners? How can FedEx justify its increasingly less competitive pay and overall compensation package?

stock holders hold more power than front line employees. we sweat while they get fat
 
FedEx stock was around $150 just a few months ago. Closed almost at $200 the other day.

Could've made a quick 30%+ in just a couple of months had you bought and sold.

Buy the stock of a company you think is doing well - for a company that

Front line people will always get screwed. They give just enough to retain drivers nothing more nothing less it will always be that way.

So am I , and my wife and I bought stock for 22 years , when I see a bad driver poorly represent my company I WILL DO WHAT IS NEEDED. I am a stock holder and work my butt off for FDX , so as a proud employee and owner I will contact FDX , driver , management , shop ect , I'm protecting my investment.
