Heard from a buddy he was told ATL is doing an early rebid because drivers can't do their runs due to new cameras. For example ATL to GBO is probably gonna get canceled some terminal to terminal runs gonna get turned into meets etc..... Rumors are in full swing

How do the cameras effect run times ? I heard it was due to construction delays. Just rumors as well.
