What is this Zensey crap that I was brought too from the myCigna home page. I then had to take a cartoony, rather amateurish health assessment that, when completed, gave me NO INDICATION that I fulfilled Cignas requirements on taking a health assessment. Nothing. Did you all take the same health asses. as me? Or did I end up somewhere I shouldn't have gone?

I thought the same things, now, give it until tomorrow, go back in and it will give you a score. Furthermore, you still have no idea if Cigna has it. Go figure.

Yeah, Im not very thrilled at the idea of another stupid 3rd party profile that I have to create just to do a dam wellness survey. Is Cigna that overwhelmed that they have to outsource this to a 3rd party vendor that has a **** user interface with little to no feedback?

As of writing this last reply, I have only received a "welcome to Zensay" email. No email confirming Cigna has my results. At least I am showing a wellness score in the Zensay website, so that's a start. I would at least appreciate some sort of automated response acknowledging that the wellness survey was completed and my results are en route to Cignas servers/customer care.

Don't worry you'll find out in January when they charge you all those ridiculous surcharges and it takes until May to get your money back. I haven't done it yet and from what I hear about it I'm not looking forward to it. Good luck though anyway.
 
Just not feeling the love. 29 years and not a word from Con-way or Cigna about open enrollment, health assessment,healthcare choices or costs. Maybe a card would be nice.I

My SCM said it was done right. She said health assessments got messed up last year, I didn't do the online one because I neglected to go to the doctor, figured it was all or nothing.

Last year I messed up and didn't know I have to put my wife down every year as non-tobacco. My SCM fixed it.

You should get an email, but you can log back into mycigna.com and go to the zensey site like before and at the top you will see a triangle with a, exclamation mark. Click it and it will tell you your wellness score from your essessment you took. It will also say on the site instead of take assessment, retake assessment. You now have until oct 10th to take it. If anyone fails to take it after that, it is still not too late, but they can not guarantee the discount will apply right away. Don't forget the tobacco free discount is deducted when you sign up for a health plan not from the zensey assessment. It will ask you than. Enrollment is not until the end of October. You should have received information in the mail on the plans with the open enrollment dates.
