Norman Delaura, Died today 10-18-10 , 57 years old

Our dispatcher Norm had either a heart attack or a massive stroke this morning and died shortly after, this morning.I was present when he was being worked on by the EMS people.You religious folks take a moment and pray for his family.Norm you were a good dispatcher and even though we butted heads with freight problems you were always a good co worker and a good friend.Ill miss you.Rest in peace.
