He said it was frivolous. Sean said the lawsuit had no merit. So in a nutshell, Sean’s main gripe is the lawsuit needs to be dropped before he does anything.
its called being humanCrazy to see how many people complain every day to work there, screw the company, screw this and that! , then when it’s almost time to or get off the pot , people are scared . . That’s why we got our pension taken away, to many scared people work for yellow freight.
Were you born this aggravating or did you have to work at it? With all your financial wisdom, you know damn good and well that both parties don't want to spend money on actually litigating that lawsuit. He said it was frivolous. Sean said the lawsuit had no merit.
It's only Robust if it makes it through without members included on what the union is passing onWere you born this aggravating or did you have to work at it? With all your financial wisdom, you know damn good and well that both parties don't want to spend money on actually litigating that lawsuit.
Aside from that, I will say that O'Brien is squeezing the company incredibly hard right now. But it's the right thing to do, because Yellow needs to be bound to any of these frameworks. And for all the naysaying that has been going on the last week especially, look at how robust the money is on the table when you don't back down!
Your starting to see movement. These letters are from the 13th and 14th.

I don't know what's going on...but we are filling 53's in place of our normal 45's today.Your starting to see movement.
Details need to be hammered out and that takes time. It’s a big contract with lots of detail especially when talking about all the coming changes.
And you know this is happening how? With a strike looming?Your starting to see movement.

Being “human” means, not without fault!its called being human
Kinda agree.. You ain’t seen any broken mirrors talk here lately… Good luck nonethelessCrazy to see how many people complain every day to work there, screw the company, screw this and that! , then when it’s almost time to or get off the pot , people are scared . . I don't have any inside information, we're all going off the same handful of sources on this forum and elsewhere. I do know that if Hawkins is sending these proposals in good faith, then that means there is some framework with the lenders already in progress to accommodate those dollar figures. I'd like to point out that the company hasn't mentioned that LOA or any prior CHOPS lately. They have been solely focused on securing negotiations to begin and end soon, preferably immediately. If the IBT can pin Yellow down on this top-line dollar amount to be mandatory in negotiations, that actually might make expedited bargaining very possible. I'd also like to see them commit to a new CHOPS that doesn't break classifications and barn rules the way they've been asking for. Merge seniority within 25 miles, realign zip codes to match where they can't immediately consolidate terminals, and that solves a big chunk of the One Yellow scheme pretty quickly. And you know that we're gonna make it how?

With yellow? This is ancient history. At this mornings meeting at 386, we were told if we walk Monday the company files BK by Wednesday. Accept this offer without seeing anything, call the union, demand they accept it. That’s it. TM said he doesn’t have details just accept it.These letters are from the 13th and 14th.
