Let me understand ,Schneider was hired by YCR to pull their line hall ? If so will those dedicated teams from Schneider be put in the union ?

No. YRCF is following the terms of the recently ratified collective bargaining agreement. Like it or not they are in compliance.
Schneider is PTS for probably the last 5-6 years, just like PTS for all the other LTL’s.
Up until maybe 10 years ago Schneider had a small tanker division that was still teamsters. They tried to fire the lay 60-70 of them and they were successful for a time. They got their jobs back with back pay. The irony! https://www.ttnews.com/articles/schneider-shuts-two-units-pension-fund-dispute

They made a deal with James Welch our ex CEO now on Schneider's Board of Directors they want to get into LTL! Watch for Schneider to buy YRC and spin off the Union members in a separate division like Schneider Transport I would be all for it if we got full pension restored.
That would be an amazing way to save this company. They way I understand it Schneider transport just quit hiring any new drivers until they all died off or retired.
