You get 36 hours???? I usually get 29 to 30 hours actual time at home.

Some terminals are heavier on outbound than inbound, so driver put to bed to move freight at night. Years ago Holland would send guys out empty to a terminal and pay a 8hr minimum just to have a tractor for city use, cheaper than renting truck.
