Pretty good indication that they do, in fact, pay attention to the results...I was told by a CUB driver tonight the they had a meeting with HR because the drivers gave mgmt an outstanding survey score of 59.
could be the road drivers have given up or just dont care anymoreWe had a meeting on part of the survey results. Covered the most critical/negaitve elements.
Interestingly, zero participation from road drivers. Does that indicate all is well in "road world"? Or something else?
We don’t go to a hub every night. We go home and drive RC’s wife wild with desire for RC.The survey is pointless for road drivers. It wants you to rate your home terminal, when most of our interaction involves picking up our dispatches and leaving.
I think a more effective method would be for road drivers to rate the hub they go to every night.
We spend more time there than at the home terminal.
Are you sure it's "desire"???We don’t go to a hub every night. We go home and drive RC’s wife wild with desire for RC.
Agreed...we don’t work for our domiciled center, we work for Central Dispatch. Every decision made on our behalf concerning our day to day operation comes from Central so any survey question answered would reflect on our feelings toward Central, NOT our domicile. The survey is pointless for road drivers. It wants you to rate your home terminal, when most of our interaction involves picking up our dispatches and leaving.

So the anonymous survey was tracked in some fashion? We had a meeting on part of the survey results. Covered the most critical/negaitve elements.
