they are talking about the guy in tennesse who videos truck drivers and then blackmails the companies with the videos. he took video of a driver and the driver saw him and tried to run him off the road fearing he was being targeted by a terrorist or being setup to be robbed. the guy doing the video then shot at the driver with a gun and was arrested on attempted murder charges.
