Well said. And nothing kills morale faster than reminding us that we're all bad employees. Because how can you tell good ones from bad ones? The bad ones are in the union, right puff?

The lazy ones are the giveaway.....
All Barns have these guys they do 3-4 stops & take 8 hrs , while other guys used to do 10-12 stops in 8 hrs , at the same pay scale , so now the attitude is WHY , because Lazy Larry or Joe , doesn't have to work so why do I and then we have the smokers going out to smoke 2-3 times a hour , so guess what us non-smokers started parking our forks and taking Twinkie breaks 2-3 times a hour too , Fair is Fair !! , So if management don't care why should we ??? think about it ???
