Got that right, they might give us their old junk with over 2 million miles on it and it would be like getting a new truck, can't wait for my peice of crap.
We are getting 2010 Pro Star Int. They are coming in Sunday. I think I will try one out....
I heard they were Pro Stars I guess we'll find out.

At least you have air bags on the suspension. We have leaf springs.

Sign me up! I hate Sterling and Internationl. I've had my Mack Vision since 2006. They've offered me newer Sterlings and International and I refuse.

Mine lost her legs over a million miles ago, she's got 1,465,690 and still crawling.
I do a meet at the same place as some feeder drivers. I can't believe they still have leaf springs. But I heard all the new trucks that are coming has air bags.
What about contract time. Can't that be put on the table.

I know it's on the picture. Do you guys think UPS will have all the Logos and MACK Bulldogs removed?
Not UPS spec'd but this thing has some pretty darn good features as well as maintenance free features.

I see 2011 International Pro Stars arriving in New England.
I thought UPS always purchased plain Jane,the very basic tractors they can.
They save a lot of money not having the shinny manufactures emblems stuck on their tractors.
I wonder if Mack gave them a good deal on this hugh purchase?
Or maybe UPS is a stock holder in the Mack company.
I know as being a city driver for Overnite,we city folks always got the line haul hand me downs.
Everything I drove from the time I hired on in 1986 till my retirement in 2008 had between a million,and a million and a half miles on them.
They were still going strong because Overnite always kept them serviced.
One thing about a diesel as long as the body holds up,and you service the running gear they will last forever.
