Probably all the regen/emissions systems on newer trucks...They are running around 600+ degrees to get rid of the soot..I wouldnt be surprised if there is a correlation.
Well the regen system is a problem however looking at those pictures of the truck I think a fire is the least of your worries, good chance he died on impact. The rig was upside down and that was a big drop at 65mph too. YIKES!
