I just assumed your computer was "jacked" (stolen) or perhaps your cell phone was "jacked" (stolen) ..... Do you get my drift? You might want to consider that the staff has your IP address .... You might want to consider that having two user names is not allowed. So if by chance you have two user names you might want to deactivate one.
