The death spiral of engagement with the hourly employee on a whole is laughable.
Here's a great example. MN just had thier state TDC. 2 entrants from XPO and not one single member of managment was present. No manager, no safety, no HR, no Supervisors, no tent, no other employees there to cheer them on,no signage. Nothing. Sad.

That speaks volumes. None of them want anything to do with trucking . It WAS just a vehicle to try to exploit workers .
